Changemakers for the Earth Scholarship program

The Changemakers for the Earth Scholarship empowers environmentally conscious students pursuing Earth and Environmental Science degrees by providing financial aid for accredited public and private colleges across the US, fostering the next generation of environmental stewards.

Scholarship Requirements

• Intended College Major: Applicants must be planning to pursue a college degree in an Earth Science field. This includes,

  but is not limited to:

o Atmospheric Science

o Climate Science

o Environmental Effects on Ecosystems

o Geosciences

o Water Science

o Other Earth Science-related fields (please specify in your application essay)

• Grade Point Average (GPA): While a minimum GPA is not explicitly stated, strong academic performance is expected.

• Essay: Applicants must submit an essay on the topic: "What Earth Science Means to Me." This essay should explore your passion for Earth Science, your understanding of the field, and your career goals in this area.
